Is your brain safe?

First protect your brain. "You think there's something wrong with my brain?" Here it is said that all answers lies within yourself. A common thread in many inflammatory and neurodegenerative diseases, including Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in damage caused by oxidative stress. Brain immune cells called microglia are now recognized to be early contributors to oxidative stress & damaging brain. Do you know fMRI? It is a tool used for brain scanning I.e. fundamental Magnetic Resonance Imaging which records & identifies which areas of brain are active during specific tasks. dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), a part of the brain which is associated with deliberative reasoning and integrating cost-benefit calculations. ventromedial prefrontal cortex (vmPFC), a part of the brain that is associated with subjective valuation. In normal routine, both DLPFC & vmPFC work in tandem. But when person with extreme negative thought shows disconnection between these factors to show low decision making quality. According, to the survey conducted by fMRI, two patterns exist, first, people who become terrorists are all mentally ill, low IQ & with personal disorder, second, people going through brainwash, poverty & marginalization. When negativity runs, it can start affecting all aspects of life. If society is body, negativity will crush its health in all  perspectives.
Oxidative stress occurs when cells produce toxic substances known as reactive oxygen species, which are damaging nerve cells. This oxidative stress also contributes to neurotoxicity in many diseases including alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease & traumatic brain. According to the atlas of the toxic immune cells I.e. Tex-seq showed that only one subgroup of microglia, around 10% of the cells caused oxidative stress & shows the pattern of gene expression associated with oxidative stress involved in coagulation, the process of blood clotting. Woh!!! Hey wait, though you are not science background student, I am sure that at the end of this article, you will understand it. Well, how many %  of world population, terrorists exist? In how many ways these negative groups affect remaining world population? Do you know how leakages of the system support funding & promoting to negative factors to get more activated?  In many neurodegenerative diseases,  the blood vessels in the brain become leaky. That leakages of the coagulation factor, fibrinogen into brain activates microglia & promotes production of reactive oxygen species. There is evidence that coagulation and oxidative stress are at work in same immune cells in the brain. It's a vicious cycle between two process. At another side, what someone has said rightly that terror is a vicious cycle, always a catastrophe for its perpetrators and unavoidably a cost for humanity.
How are we going to tackle the neurological regression which generate due to extreme negativity? Have you ever heard about sacred values & its role in violent conflicts around world? As belief of sacred values become more rigid, the propensity towards violence increases. Do we ever realize in which zone our brain in functioning now, whether it is balance zone or extreme zone? Basically, can we recognized its range of functioning? We should keep taking mental effort to avoid risk of cognitive decline. We should learn manual dexterity to conduct mental gymnastics. Yes, we also need to build good social networks as social life reduces risk of developing dementia. Reframing thought is necessary.  We need to learn cognitive flexibility to avoid rigid stand.
Is your brain safe from toxic thoughts? Have you ever lose your friend just because of hold of wrong thoughts? Thus, first try to make sure about safety & security of your brain before convincing others.

  1. It's really informative. Our psychology should be positive. We never think that negative thoughts can harm our brain. Worth reading & nicely articulated

AI control on government

Could robots as government leaders drastically improve decision-making ? what kind of automation you can imagine in leadership ?  Alisa is a personal assistant developed by Yandex, a Russia-based technology company and she nominated itself for the Russian Presidential Election, with the hashtag #Alisa2018. In the Netherlands, 43% of the public already prefer an AI-administered government over a human-administered one. One can get confused how Artificial Intelligence based robots control politics ? If it is going to be our future then definitely we need regulation and legislation of AI ethics, transparency and accountability. We human beings are different from other animals on the basis of thinking power. Robot is product creativity of this tremendous human thinking power. We can feed knowledge into the robots but can we able to feed emotional intelligence ?   Sophia, the world’s first robot to be awarded citizenship, developed by Hong Kong-based company Hanson Robotics. Use of geographical configurations

Do we need integration of geographical knowledge to tackle stress ? The news that remaining geography paper of 10th ssc board exam get cancelled must be good news for students. Now, these students are free to take benefit of current corona lockdown. For most of the students, it was scoring subject. Geography is most important subject to study as a global citizen. We get to know how we all are dependent due to inequal distribution of natural resources, how our cultures, ideas & thoughts are shaped by region, how the relations  between  living things & non living are maintained, in short, evolution of physical environment  & society.             In this context, geographical studies have significant application in making health landscapes, disaster  management , security infrastructure, mental mapping, social environment etc. In current scenario of India, 'mapmyIndia maps' & 'move app' i...
